As an outpatient health system, we can perform several services and tests in our offices. For the services we are unable to perform in our offices, we provide coverage at our Surgery Center and to select UAB St. Vincent’s locations (East, Saint Clair, and Blount) in Birmingham. We offer board-certified vascular services in:
VenaSeal Ablation
Closes diseased veins using medical adhesive to improve circulation.
Microphlebectomy
A minor office procedure removing bulging veins through “micro” incisions for cosmetic and symptom relief.
Sclerotherapy
Injects a solution into spider or varicose veins to close them.
Radiofrequency Ablation
Uses thermal or heat to close incompetent veins.
Deep Vein Treatment
Deep vein treatment for patients with May-Thurner Syndrome.
Venous thromboembolism (VTE) Management
Encompassing Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE).
